Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Crisvia! We take immense pride in the quality and taste of our snacks. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict and fair policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure hygiene and customer safety.
Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.
1. Can I Return Food Items?
Due to the perishable nature of food and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on snacks or opened food items if you simply changed your mind or did not like the taste.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly issue a replacement or a refund under the following special circumstances:

You received a damaged or tampered package.

You received the wrong product or flavor.

The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
2. Time Window to Raise a Complaint
If your order qualifies for any of the issues mentioned above, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests raised after 48 hours will unfortunately not be entertained.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To raise a request, please follow these simple steps:

Take a clear photograph or a short video of the damaged, wrong, or expired product (along with the outer packaging and delivery label).

Mention your Order ID and include the photos/videos as proof.
Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
4. Return Shipping (If Applicable)
If our team requests you to ship the wrong item back to us, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner, Snack Delivery, at no extra cost to you.

Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and packed securely.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved by our quality control team, it will be processed immediately:

Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

COD Orders: If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will ask for your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund safely.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched/shipped yet.

Once your package is handed over to Snack Delivery, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.

To cancel an order before shipping, please email or call us immediately with your Order ID.
