Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the processing, transit, and delivery of your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
At Crisvia, we understand that you want your order as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after you place your order and receive a confirmation email.

High-volume periods, such as major festive seasons, flash sales, or unexpected weather events, might slightly delay processing. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our team will proactively reach out to you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Partner & Tracking
To give you the most reliable service, we ship all our packages exclusively through Snack Delivery.
As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the Snack Delivery team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and an SMS containing your unique Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package's real-time journey directly on the Snack Delivery tracking portal or through the link provided in our communication.
Note: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal after receiving your tracking ID.
3. Delivery Timelines & Charges
Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you make your payment.

Standard Delivery: Generally takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city and region.

Express Delivery: Available for select locations, ensuring delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Fee: We offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific cart value (as highlighted on our website header). For orders below that value, a nominal flat shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by Snack Delivery and are subject to transit conditions. Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 days.
4. Wrong Address & Delivery Attempts
We want to make sure your Crisvia package reaches you safely. To avoid any delivery failures, please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are 100% accurate before finalizing your order.

Snack Delivery will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times at the provided address.

If you are unavailable, the delivery executive will try to contact you via phone.

If a package is returned to our warehouse after failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or constant unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping charges.
5. Damages, Mishandling, and Lost Packages
We take immense pride in our packaging, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with, please take a photo or a short video before opening it. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" by Snack Delivery but you haven't received the package, please check with your family members, neighbors, or security gate first. If it is still missing, notify us within 3 days, and we will open an official investigation with Snack Delivery to resolve it for you.
